Tristan Addi is co-founder of Critical Marketing, the digital marketing agency headquartered in Moultrie, Georgia. He has managed Google Ads spend, SEO programs, web builds, and brand identity work for clients in H-2 visa staffing, industrial services, real estate, agribusiness, hospitality, healthcare, and B2B SaaS. He runs every account day-to-day and is the named author on most agency content.
What I do.
Day-to-day, I run client accounts. Strategy planning, paid media management, SEO programs, content briefs, design direction, video production, brand identity work. I am the person you talk to from pitch through every weekly review. I do not hand the account to a junior after onboarding.
I also build the systems that make our agency more efficient than agencies twice our size. Custom CRM (Critical Hub), custom analytics platform (CriticalMetrics 2.0), custom autonomous SEO and Google Ads audit routines that run every Monday at 6 AM and 8 AM. The tooling lets a small team punch above its weight.

How I think about marketing.
Marketing should be measured the same way the rest of the business is — by what it built. Not by impressions, not by reach, not by clicks. By revenue, by qualified leads, by customer lifetime value.
Most agencies fail this test because they sell the work that is easy to invoice (placements, posts, "campaigns") instead of the work that compounds (architecture, systems, weekly audits, named author content). The compounding work is harder to sell, slower to show results, and produces more lasting value. We sell that one.
